What you’ll see
Parkside Living is a new boutique building with 34 suites, all two-bedroom and around 1,000 square feet. During the open house you can walk through the suites, see the layouts in person, and get a feel for the building before you apply.
Every suite comes with:

- An open kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances
In the building you’ll find resident parking, a secure parcel locker in the vestibule, and bike racks out front.
A great spot in Thorold
The building sits right beside McMillan Park, so green space is a few steps from your door. Local schools are close by, and downtown Thorold is just minutes away for shopping and dining.
Getting around is easy too. Highway 406 is a few minutes from the building, and the St. Catharines GO Station connects you to Hamilton and Toronto. Brock University is about 4 km away, and Niagara’s wineries and trails are close by for weekends.
