Parkside Living is a new boutique building of luxury apartments for rent in Thorold, at 8 Hutt Lane just off St. Davids Street. All 34 suites have 2 bedrooms and around 1,000 sq ft of space. In addition, every suite has in-suite laundry and a private balcony or terrace. Rent starts at $2,345 a month.
Because the building sits right beside McMillan Park, green space is always a few steps away. Downtown Thorold is also only a few minutes from home. On top of that, Niagara’s wineries, shopping, golf and trails are all close by. As a result, you get the feel of condo living with the ease of renting. See floor plans and prices, or read our renter FAQ.
At Parkside, McMillan Park is your backyard, so there’s always open green space and room to play. Downtown Thorold’s shops and restaurants are also a short drive away. For families, local schools are nearby, and Brock University is about 4 km from the building.
Inside, each suite is built for real life. For example, open kitchens have quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, and every suite has its own washer and dryer. Plus, parking, a secure parcel locker and bike racks make daily life simple. Explore the neighbourhood.
Parkside is minutes from Hwy 406 and the St. Catharines GO Station. That means getting around Niagara, or heading into Hamilton and Toronto, is easy. After work, you come home to quiet, residential living surrounded by parks. Meanwhile, city conveniences are still a short drive or train ride away.
