Living in Thorold: Why Parkside is the Best New Rental Community in 2026

Living in Thorold: Why Parkside is the Best New Rental Community

Thorold is quickly becoming one of the most desirable places to live in the Niagara Region. With its perfect mix of small-town charm, modern growth, beautiful parks, and convenient location, more people are choosing Thorold over busier cities like St. Catharines or Niagara Falls.

At the heart of this appeal is Parkside Living — a brand-new boutique rental community that delivers luxury condo living in a peaceful, park-side setting.

Why Thorold is an Excellent Place to Call Home

Thorold offers the best of both worlds:

Small-town feel with big-city convenience
Affordable luxury compared to the GTA
Strong sense of community and safety
Excellent access to nature, wineries, shopping, and recreation
Growing job market and family-friendly amenities

Whether you’re a young professional, couple, or small family, Thorold delivers a higher quality of life at a better value.
